Cozy fall mornings can make hitting the snooze button oh-so-tempting. Make getting up early a pleasure with impossibly easy #beautyfoods! Have this “gorgeous glow” breakfast recipe waiting for you as a motivator: it’s loaded with age-fighting vitamins C, B and E, antioxidants, and skin-loving minerals. Did we mention that it’s delicious?

Pumpkin is a major source of vitamin A and beta carotene, both major players in youthful, glowing skin. Oats are anti-inflammatory, full of fiber, and provide vital minerals to the body. They also help to stabilize blood sugar, and keep you full longer.

Walnuts are brimming with B vitamins, powerful age fighters which keep skin toned and hydrated, and omega-3 fatty acids, which plump the skin and lock in moisture. Cashew milk is added here as a creamier alternative to almond milk, and a #beautyfood alternative to inflammatory dairy products. Enjoy!
