Citrus fruits are natural healers. They contain certain antioxidants that lower levels of inflammatory chemicals in the body. They also have high levels of vitamin C, which boosts your immune system while promoting collagen formation. 

Rosemary also contains anti-inflammatory properties, increases blood flow to the head, aids digestion, and provides valuable beauty vitamins and antioxidants.

Time: 10 minutes

Smoothie Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened cashew milk | copper + selenium for anti-aging
1 orange, peeled and chopped | vitamin C for collagen building
1 small lemon, juiced | antibacterial + skin brightener
1 small lime, juiced | anti-bacterial + anti-inflammatory
1 small banana | vitamin A + E for anti-aging
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary | anti-inflammatory + firming
1-2 tablespoons raw coconut nectar, to taste | low glycemic, mineral rich sweetener
4 spring water ice cubes | hydration + minerals

Directions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend at high speed for 1 minute, or until smooth.

DIY Masque Directions:

  1. Pour 1 tablespoon of leftover smoothie into a small bowl.
