Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (frozen) | natural enzyme for cell turnover, super antioxidant
- 1 cup almond milk | moisturizes skin
- 1/2 banana (frozen) | high in potassium + iron, helps boost skin elasticity
- 1 tsp. cinnamon | antioxidant + antibacterial properties, boosts circulation
- honey or maple syrup | add to taste preference for sweetness and immune support
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Om Beauty Tip: Garnish with pumpkin, sunflower, and chia seeds for a satisfying, fiber-filled crunch!
Masque Directions:
This #beautyfood masque is easy to create!
- Pour 1 T of leftover smoothie into a small bowl
- Add 1 tsp Om Aroma & Co. Manuka Detox Masque to thicken consistency. This masque is loaded with skin healing properties from the manuka honey, and also works to exfoliate skin with green papaya and apricot enzymes.
- Apply in circular massage to clean damp skin. Leave on for 15 minutes.
